Role: Affiliates Virtual Assistant
Target start date: ASAP
Duration: Permanent position with 30-day trial
Hours: 35-45 hours per week
Location(onsite/offsite): Fully Remote
Compensation: $6-$9 USD/Hour, based on experience and education

The long-term vision is to continue to effectively and efficiently manage the Affiliates’ tasks, projects, and experiences and require less direct involvement of Dr. Aimie Apigian.

Job Summary: The Affiliates VA will play a critical role in the empowering of individuals and professionals around the world by managing the affiliate inbox, responding to media inquiries, scheduling events, writing professional communications to affiliates and customers, organizing Affiliates documents, assisting in Podcast Management, and coordinating with other team members to ensure projects are on track.

Tasks and Responsibilities: The critical role makes an impact by performing the following critical tasks:
Manage the affiliate inbox
Respond to media inquiries
Schedule events as requested
Write professional communications to our affiliates and customers
Create documents and keep Google Drive organized
Updating the Affiliates tracker on a regular basis
Managing Dr. Aimie’s Podcast scheduling
Researching Podcast hosts
Reaching out to Podcast hosts to invite Dr. Aimie to be a guest
Coordinate with other team members to ensure projects are on track
Create and update SOPs as needed for your tasks
Respond quickly to emails and google chat messages
Assist with any other tasks as requested
Track project progress on Asana

Qualifications and Skills:
Self-starter
College degree preferred
2-3 years experience working remotely
With Project Management experience
Ability to manage a calendar and schedule appointments
Proficiency with cloud-based platforms such as Google Docs
Experience with creating graphics in Canva
Knowledge of marketing, advertising, and public relations
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Excellent organizational skills
With experience in Kajabi (preferred)
Strong time management skills and the ability to multitask
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
High-speed internet connection
Ability to project manage across multiple projects with strong attention to detail
