After Effects Animators & Premiere Pro

Looking for an EXPERIENCED specialist in after effects and premiere pro to create footage like:
Vox (YouTube)
The Economist (TikTok)
We will be creating short and long form content to raise awareness for charities world wild. EVERY piece of content we publish is important to helping these charities raise funds. We call ourselves “humanitarian story tellers”.
At the end of EVERY video, the viewer needs to be wondering “how can I help, I want to learn more”
If you are not experienced DO NOT APPLY. This is not for beginner editors. We are ALL experienced with 20+ years. Please do not waste our time if you do not have experience.
For short form content, you will receive the script, link to the footage (in a drive) and have free creativity to create. I am seeking someone WHO CAN WORK ALONE and can CREATE, ANIMATE and design high quality content themselves WITHOUT MUCH INSTRUCTION.
You must also add SFX. You must also have the ability to follow current design trends, but make them better.

TRIAL PERIOD
The first test is easy – we will give you a drive link with footage and you must create a short form reel between 30sec to 1min. We will review it, then post it on an anonymous social media account and will measure the effectiveness of your work by the public reception received. This is an unpaid test of your skills, you will hear the response in 2-3 days. Then its an immediate start.
EXPECTATIONS
We expect 3 short videos a day, 5 days a week (15 a week) OR 1-2 long videos a week. It depends on the bi-weekly task.
SALARY
Start salary is $500 a month and will increase. We simply require that you meet our task list requirements. If you take 1h to finish the job or 20h to finish the job it is up to you. You must be able to work smart, you have saved your Animation Presets and work with useful plugins.
You will receive a bi-weekly task list which must be completed. You will see the task list before.
Payment is monthly. $550 month starting part time salary.
Bonuses include:
$50 for every post you make which receives over 250k views
$100 for every post you make which receives over 1M views
