We are currently seeking a dedicated individual to join our team as a full-time After-Sales Service Assistant. The ideal candidate should be available from Monday to Friday, with working hours set from 8:30 am to 5:00 pm (French time), including a 30-minute break.
Job Specifications:
In this role, you will be an integral part of the after-sales service department for an e-commerce site specializing in the online sale of restaurant equipment.
– Responding to Customer Inquiries:
– Providing timely and professional responses to customer inquiries, addressing concerns, and offering effective solutions.
– Knowledge in Tools/Software:
– Utilizing tools and software such as Freshdesk, , Slack, Prestashop, and ChatGPT to streamline communication and efficiently manage after-sales service operations.
– Analyzing Breakdowns:
– Using a comprehensive database to analyze equipment breakdowns, ensuring accurate identification and resolution of issues.
– Verification of Genuine Breakdowns:
– Engaging with customers to ask relevant questions, confirming the authenticity of reported breakdowns, and gathering essential details for resolution.
– Scheduling Parcel Pickups and Technician Interventions:
– Coordinating with carriers to schedule parcel pickups and arranging for technician interventions as needed, following a provided list.
Main Objectives:
1. Quick Resolution of Open Cases:
– Swiftly addressing open cases reported by customers to enhance overall customer satisfaction.
2. Cost Management:
– Efficiently managing costs associated with after-sales service expenses to optimize resources.
Interactions:
The After-Sales Service Assistant will engage with various stakeholders, including customers, suppliers, our in-office technician, our network of technicians in France, and carriers. Therefore, responsiveness, autonomy, and meticulous attention to case details are essential qualities for success in this role.
