Job Description

We are looking for a part-time (20 hours a week) customer service assistant for our business. We offer online courses and programmes in the area of personal & spiritual development as well as holistic business coaching.

We have experienced a significant growth in terms of volume of customers over the last 3 years, and we need more support than our current VA is able to handle – thus we are growing our VA team.

Your role will be mostly to work behind the scenes in updating video content as lessons to our e-learning platform, Dropbox, You Tube as well as keeping our event schedule up to date on Add Event.

Whilst this will not be your main task due to the hours of work (we get most of our enquiries when Europe and America are awake), you may also be required to provide support to our existing and future customers by email as well as checking social media platforms for comments and messages.

This role allows you to work in a calm environment in an independent manner. You will always get a chance to check or reference something if need be. However what is important for us is attention to detail, dedication, and genuine care for our customers, as well as organisational skills.

You will also need to be capable of understanding our niche (spirituality / energy work / Starseeds / psychic development) and willing to commit time to learning about it to understand our offers and programmes and be able to advise our customers and prospective customers about them.

Your role will include:
uploading video content to our e-learning platform Thinkific, backing up on the Dropbox
scheduling events and keeping the calendar up to date on Add Event
link management – shortening links
Dropbox management
Backing up and sending recordings of individual sessions to clients
Uploading new content into YT
preparing thumbnail covers for events inside the paid programmes on Canva
reposting into LinkedIn
downloading the transcript of event from YT and tidying it up with the help of chat GPT
email customer support and social media moderation (especially if you opt for extra hours on Sunday)

You need to be:
Be Experienced in customer service
Have reliable and fast internet capable of uploading videos
Be Dedicated, attentive and caring
Be Capable of understanding our niche and willing to commit time to learning about it
Have basic understanding of Canva

It’s a part time but permanent position with 20 hours / a week, with possibility of extra hours (and extra money) if you have availability on Sunday afternoon.

Hours of work
Mon to Fri 12 pm – 4 pm Philippines time
Extra hours available on Sunday afternoon (anytime between 1pm to 10 pm)

Salary
Starting salary: $300 / month – more if you take extra hours on Sunday
Salary review after 6 months and annually thereafter

Holiday
2 weeks paid holiday over Christmas (usually between 20 December and 3 January)
After one full year of work: 2 more weeks paid holiday

Start date
To be agreed, it can be even immediate, no later than 1 February.
