About The Candidate
You will be joining a team of five, four of which are Philippine based.
All clients are UK / European based so you will be working to UK time.
The position requires :
– Good spoken and written English so that we can communicate easily internally and you can take client video calls when required
– Clear and concise communication and proactive problem solving approach
– A keen attention to detail is required in all aspects of work
– Somebody who manages their time well and raises issues in advance of them becoming problems
– Somebody with agency experience (preferably with an English speaking agency – UK/USA/Australia – please reference any experience you have)
– A positive demeanour
– Somebody who values the opportunity to be part of a growing organisation.

About the Role
Specifically this role will carry the following responsibilities:
– Reporting directly to the CEO and manage PA style roles such as monitoring email and administrative duties (such as invoicing).
– First point of contact for customers requiring support and updates to their websites and marketing.
– Coordinating tasks to be done with the creative and development team.
– Liaising with clients via email and video call from time to time.
– Posting on social media for clients ad hoc.
– Monitoring Google Ads accounts (training will be provided).
– Having fun and being part of a team and a growing business.
