Job Description:
We are seeking a highly organized and personable Appointment Setter to assist our sales team by scheduling appointments with potential clients. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, a persuasive demeanor, and a dedication to achieving company goals. This role involves reaching out to prospects via phone and email, managing calendars, and ensuring that our sales team has high-quality meetings lined up with potential clients.
Responsibilities:
Contact potential clients through Cold DM on FB, IG and Linkedin to introduce our services/products and set up appointments.
Manage the calendar of sales representatives to ensure optimal scheduling of appointments.
Maintain a database of clients and prospects, including detailed notes on interaction outcomes and follow-up steps.
Work closely with the sales team to understand their requirements and adjust appointment-setting strategies accordingly.
Ensure a high level of customer service and professionalism during all interactions.
Follow up with potential clients to confirm appointments and provide any necessary pre-meeting information.
Meet and exceed appointment-setting and productivity targets.
Provide feedback to the marketing and sales teams on the effectiveness of outreach strategies.
Requirements:
Proven experience as an Appointment Setter, Sales Assistant, or similar role.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
Proficiency in using CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
High school diploma; additional qualifications in marketing or sales are a plus.
