Overview:
We are a small Design and Marketing agency with some big clients that is looking to grow fast over the next year or so. The key to this is going to be having an assistant that can work alongside the founder and also grow along with the company.
We need someone to assist with day-to-day email management, sorting, customer support, and potentially sales. Availability during EST business hours (9am-5pm) is a must but might be slightly flexible for the right candidate. (i.e 7am-3pm)
Required:
– Availability in EST Business hours.
– Great written and spoken English for email and phone
– Good organizational skills
– Some design sense of what types of sites or logos look ‘modern’ for research purposes
– Stable internet & webcam for zoom meetings
– Excellent Research Skills. The company name is PSG Media, 401 area code, find some uncommon knowledge about the company founder and include that in your reply. The more personal, revealing, or hard to find the better.
– Let me know a bit about your background and what makes you a unique candidate.
Bonus skills that would be great (but not required)
– Familiarity with WordPress as far as uploading blog posts, uploading events, and stuff like that.
– Design skills. Doesn’t need to be pro-level, but an eye for design and Canva skills are a huge bonus for social media posting and stuff.
– Basic SEO, if you have some experience here let it be known to what extent.
– Social Media
– Copywriting experience is also a bonus, we would like someone to fill a role writing web page content until we get enough work for a full-time copywriter.
