The Role:

Employment Type:
FULL-TIME – 40-50 HRS / WEEK: This role requires a dedicated individual willing to invest the time and effort necessary for long-term growth with the company. Weekend work and occasional travel may be required. If you seek a traditional “clock in – clock out” role, this position may not be suitable for you.
Required Experience:
3-4 years of relevant experience in a related role or field (leadership/ownership experience preferred).
3-4 years of experience working in a USA-based company.
Previous experience managing remote teams and internal operations.
Previous experience in business development, sales management, and enhancing overall customer experience.
