Job Description

For a new company, I’m seeking an individual who can lead and steer the operations from day one.

My plan is to establish an Agency where we will place Virtual Assistants with clients.

This will require numerous operational tasks to be carried out for our company itself.

Consider the following:

– Searching for leads
– Finding and hiring VAs
– Keeping VAs motivated
– Monitoring VAs to ensure they are working

As well as other internal processes such as:

– Identifying leads and adding them to our cold mailing list
– Cold calling companies
– Generating appointments for the sales team (currently one closer)
– Adding new emails to our funnels
– Maintaining client contact

Once the daily tasks are completed and updated, I want you to contribute ideas for business growth.

– How can we generate more meetings?

And then immediately implement and test these ideas.

Continuously think along and ensure our company keeps growing.

Therefore, I want to offer you a starting salary of $300 USD per month (every 4 weeks).

And if you fully commit to us, your salary could potentially increase by x5, x10, or even x20, depending on the input you deliver to us.

We are looking for someone with intelligence, a keen eye for marketing, and knowledge of management and leadership.

Someone who knows what needs to be done to achieve our daily, weekly, and monthly targets!
