Job Description

We are looking for high-level appointment setters and agent recruiters to help the company by setting appointments with productive real estate agents. This person should have top-notch follow-up and relationship-building skills.

Note: This is for Recruiting Real Estate Agents, not Human Resource type of recruiting.

GROWTH PATH: You will start as an appointment setter calling seller leads. We want you to grow and succeed.

COMPENSATION:
($5.50-7:50 Per hour plus Bonuses)

TECHNICAL REQUIREMENTS:
– Stable Internet Connection – at least 10 MBPS.
– Dedicated laptop or desktop with a minimum of 8GB of RAM.
– Noise-canceling Headset (REQUIRED)
– Backup internet connection
– Dedicated Home Office Set up – Free from Background Noises (dogs, roosters, etc).
– Seller Appt Setting experience is a must.
– Experienced in setting appointments with Real Estate Agents is a MUST.
– Industry knowledge – (Real Estate in the US)

SKILL SET REQUIREMENTS:
– Experience in Agent Recruitment or Appt Setter for Agent Recruitment (REQUIRED)
– Overcome objections
– Speak high-quality English and have high comprehension skills.
– Sales experience
– High touch follow-up skills
– Coachable – Open to feedback and can implement feedback given.
– Self-motivated – positive mindset.
– Reliable – high work ethics.
– Persistent – not phone complacent
– Positive and high energy on the calls.
– Team Player
– Solution-oriented (no negative mindset)
