Job Overview:As an Agent Success Manager (ASA) at HomeAbroad, your primary role will be to manage and foster relationships with real estate agents, ensuring efficient progression of deals from lead to closing. Your focus will be on regular updates on the status of leads from the partner real estate agents, troubleshooting bottlenecks, and facilitating seamless transactions.

Key Responsibilities:
Develop and maintain strong working relationships with real estate agents.
Regularly communicate with agents to obtain updates on the status of referred leads.
Actively work with agents to advance deals towards closing, identifying and resolving any obstacles.
Collaborate with internal teams and external stakeholders to ensure smooth transaction processes.
Provide feedback and insights from agents to improve HomeAbroad’s services and processes.
?Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned real estate agents, providing exceptional customer service and building strong relationships.
Maintain regular communication with agents, offering support, answering inquiries, and addressing any concerns or issues promptly and effectively.
Understand agents’ needs, goals, and business strategies to align them with HomeLight’s product suite.
Conduct regular check-ins and reviews with agents to ensure satisfaction, identify opportunities for growth, and drive engagement.
Monitor and manage SLAs to ensure timely and accurate delivery of services to real estate agents.
Collaborate with internal teams, such as Operations and Customer Support, to resolve any service-related issues and optimize the agent experience.
Track and update account information, interactions, and progress in the company’s CRM system.
Develop a deep understanding of HomeAbroad’s product suite, including our various tools, features, and services.
Stay up-to-date with industry trends, market conditions, and competitors’ offerings to effectively position HomeAbroad’s products and provide relevant insights to agents.

Ideal Candidate:
Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
Proven ability to build relationships, particularly over the phone.
Strong problem-solving abilities and a proactive approach.
Experience in real estate, sales, or a related field is advantageous.
Comfortable working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
Proficiency in English; an American accent is a plus, but a neutral accent is preferred.
Familiarity with US real estate markets and transaction processes is a plus.

Qualifications:
Minimum of 2 years of experience in client relationship management or a similar role.
Technical proficiency with CRM systems and Microsoft Office Suite.
