We are seeking a talented AI Engineer/Developer to work with our team and contribute to the development of custom chatbot and automation solutions. Job Summary:
As an AI Engineer/Developer specializing in chatbot development and automation, you will be responsible for designing and building custom chatbots using tools such as Botpress, FlowiseAI, make, , and .bubble. You will work closely with our automations consultant, leveraging clients data and requirements to develop intelligent chatbot and automation solutions that improve engagement, provide personalized experiences, and optimize business processes. Additionally, you will utilize the OpenAI playground for the AI functionality.

Responsibilities:

– Collaborate with our automation consultant to understand their business goals, requirements, and data sources to build effective chatbot solutions.
– Design and develop custom chatbots using Botpress, FlowiseAI, Make, and .Bubble.
– OpenAI playground integration into the customized chatbot
– Create wireframes and design automation workflows
– Implement chatbot integrations with client systems and platforms, ensuring seamless operation and data flow.
– Optimize chatbot performance, including responsiveness, accuracy, and user experience.
– Conduct testing, troubleshooting, and debugging to ensure smooth functionality of deployed chatbots.
– Stay updated with the latest advancements in chatbot technologies, AI, and automation trends.

Qualifications:

– Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field. Equivalent practical experience will also be considered.
– Strong experience in chatbot development and customization using tools such as Botpress, FlowiseAI, Make, and .Bubble.
– Proficiency in natural language processing (NLP) techniques and frameworks.
– Familiarity with OpenAI playground and other relevant AI tools and frameworks.
– Experience in designing automation workflows and wireframes.
– Proficiency in programming languages such as Python, JavaScript, or similar languages used in chatbot development.
– Strong problem-solving skills and ability to think creatively to design innovative chatbot solutions.
– Excellent communication and teamwork skills to effectively collaborate with clients and internal stakeholders.
– Experience with integrating chatbots with external systems or APIs.
– Knowledge of cloud platforms and deployment environments for chatbot applications is preferred.
