I’m looking for a multi-talented AI Specialist to join my team. The ideal candidate has a mix of design expertise, AI content strategy and ChatGPT know-how. We value people can thrive in a fast paced startup environment that requires constant learning. Even if you don’t have the skills for some tasks now, I will give you a chance if you demonstrate eagerness to master the necessary tools.

Here are some of your possible responsibilities and projects:

– Use AI to polish up my newsletter writing and create script drafts for my YouTube videos.
– Use AI to create images for my newsletters and video thumbnails.
– Work with ChatGPT to create high-quality prompts and outputs.
– Create a social content scheduling workflow that automates the publishing and distribution of my videos, podcast, and newsletters using tools like Zapier.
– Create an onboarding newsletter email sequence in Convertkit.
– Oversee the AI on my Circle community to ensure that it’s summarizing and transcribing our meetings correctly.
– Monitor, learn and teach AI tools to the rest of our team to improve their productivity (i.e. video editing and social marketing).

Our ideal candidate will have the following:

– Passion for creatively integrating cutting-edge technology like AI into workflow automation, with the aim of improving team efficiency and productivity.
– A designer’s eye for detail, color, and typography, and the ability to create compelling designs.
– Understanding of AI content strategy as well as the limits of using AI.
– A can-do attitude that’s willing to learn quickly the necessary tools to get the job done.

**Pay**:

TBD, this will depend on your level of skill, time commitment and other people that apply to the job. I am looking for a Part or Full employee who can dedicate at least 20 hours/week.

– You can work whenever you want. You will not have to wake up or work at any given time (except for periodic meetings which will be set at reasonable times – I’m in the PST time zone)
