AI Chatbot Engineer

We are looking for an AI Chatbot Engineer. As such you will play a crucial role in designing,
developing, and maintaining AI-powered chatbot solutions.

Responsibilities:
• Design and implement AI chatbot systems using state-of-the-art NLP and ML techniques.
• Develop and deploy chatbot models that can understand and generate natural language
responses.
• Collaborate with product managers and stakeholders to understand business requirements and
translate them into chatbot functionality.
• Conduct research and stay up-to-date with the latest advancements in chatbot technology to
drive innovation within the company.
• Train and fine-tune chatbot models using large datasets to improve accuracy, language
understanding, and conversational abilities.
• Optimize and maintain existing chatbot systems, ensuring scalability, performance, and
reliability.
• Conduct rigorous testing and debugging of chatbot functionality to identify and resolve any
issues or bugs.
• Collaborate with backend and frontend engineers to integrate chatbot systems into existing
applications and platforms.
• Provide technical guidance and support to junior members of the team, fostering a collaborative
and knowledge-sharing environment.

Requirements:
• Proven experience working as an AI Engineer, Chatbot Engineer, or a similar role.
• MUST PROVIDE proofs of work.
• Deep knowledge of natural language processing (NLP) techniques, including intent recognition, named entity recognition, and sentiment analysis.
• Experience with machine learning frameworks and libraries, such as TensorFlow, PyTorch, or scikit-learn.
• Familiarity with chatbot development frameworks and platforms, such as Dialogflow, Microsoft Bot Framework, or IBM Watson.
• Solid understanding of RESTful APIs and web services for integrating chatbot systems into various applications.
• Strong problem-solving and analytical thinking abilities.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to collaborate effectively in a team environment.
