Role Summary:

We are seeking a visionary AI Developer to lead the creation of an intelligent, real-time booking model that modernises telephone interactions. This role involves weaving AI magic into our calendar and bookings API, enabling seamless availability checks, client detail captures, booking confirmations via SMS and email, calendar updates, and secure payments—all through the power of natural conversation.

Key Responsibilities:

* Innovate with Purpose: Design and implement AI models that understand and respond to natural language, turning voice interactions into seamless booking experiences.
* Integrate and Elevate: Blend AI solutions with our existing APIs to effortlessly check availability, block calendars, and process bookings.
* Secure and Simplify: Create secure payment processing systems that can be initiated over the phone or via an SMS link, ensuring trust and ease for our users.
* Collaborate for Excellence: Work closely with our development team to ensure the flawless integration of AI capabilities into our PMS platform.
* Refine Relentlessly: Continuously test, refine, and enhance AI models based on user feedback and performance metrics, always striving for perfection.
* Protect Privacy: Ensure compliance with data privacy and security regulations, building trust and safeguarding our users’ information.

?Technical Skills and Proficiencies:

* Mastery in programming languages such as Python, Java, or similar.
* Expertise with AI frameworks and tools like TensorFlow, PyTorch, Keras, or similar.
* Proficiency in natural language processing tools and APIs, such as Google Cloud Speech-to-Text, IBM Watson, or Azure Speech.
* Experience with API integration and management tools like Postman and Swagger.
* Knowledge of database management systems, including SQL and NoSQL databases.
* Familiarity with both frontend and backend development frameworks and technologies.
* Proficiency in version control systems, particularly Git.
* Understanding of payment gateway integration such as Stripe and PayPal APIs.

Requirements:

* Proven experience in developing AI and machine learning models, particularly in natural language processing and speech recognition.
* Familiarity with payment processing systems and security protocols.
* Exceptional problem-solving skills and the ability to thrive in a dynamic team environment.
* Strong communication skills with proficiency in English.
