AI-Driven Digital Marketing Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Digital Marketing Specialist with a strong focus on leveraging AI agents and tools to drive our online presence and lead generation efforts.

The ideal candidate will have an AI-first mentality and be proficient in utilizing AI models and tools such as ChatGPT to enhance our digital marketing strategies.

Responsibilities:
– Create and maintain our WordPress, ensuring optimal performance, user experience, and functionality.
– Optimize our website and content for search engines (SEO) to improve organic rankings and drive targeted traffic.
– Develop and execute content planning and creation strategies, incorporating AI-generated content where appropriate.
– Manage and conduct outreach for podcast guests and hosts, leveraging AI tools to identify and engage with potential
candidates.
– Generate engaging podcast content using AI-assisted content generation techniques.
– Manage and optimize our social media presence on platforms such as LinkedIn, YouTube, Instagram, and TikTok, utilizing AI-
driven insights and strategies.
– Optimize our YouTube channel for increased visibility, engagement, and subscriber growth.
– Implement AI-driven lead generation strategies to identify and nurture potential customers.

Requirements:
– Proven experience in digital marketing, with a strong understanding of WordPress, HubSpot, and AI tools such as ChatGPT.
– Proficiency in SEO best practices and the ability to implement effective SEO strategies.
– Excellent content creation skills, with the ability to leverage AI-generated content effectively.
– Experience in podcast management, guest outreach, and content generation.
– Strong social media management skills, with a deep understanding of LinkedIn, YouTube, Instagram, and TikTok best practices.
– Proactive, self-driven, and able to work independently while also being a strong team player.
– Ability to work full-time during Central European Time (CET) hours.
