Position Overview:
The AI-Driven Statistical Marketing Technologist will act as a nexus between our data analytics and marketing technology realms. This role will harness sophisticated statistical methods, combined with AI-powered tools, to optimize and innovate our marketing strategies.

Key Responsibilities:

* Data-Driven Strategy: Apply advanced statistical methodologies to derive insights from complex data sets, informing marketing strategies and campaigns.

* AI-Powered Optimization: Utilize AI tools and platforms to enhance marketing strategies, tailor campaigns for distinct audiences, and predict marketing outcomes.

* Platform Management: Oversee and evolve our marketing technology stack, ensuring seamless integration of AI and statistical tools.

* Experimental Design: Structure A/B tests, multivariate experiments, and other statistical testing methods to gauge and enhance the efficiency of marketing strategies.

* Collaboration: Partner with marketing, IT, and data science teams to ensure a holistic approach to campaign design and implementation.

* Trend Analysis: Harness AI to identify and capitalize on emerging market trends, ensuring Titan Exclusive remains a step ahead.

* Continuous Learning: Stay abreast of the latest in statistical methods, AI advancements, and marketing technologies to bring innovative solutions to the team.

Qualifications:

* Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Statistics, Marketing, IT, Data Science, or a related field.

* 3+ years of experience in a role blending statistical analysis with digital marketing.

* Hands-on experience with AI-powered marketing tools and platforms.

* Proficiency in statistical tools (e.g., R, SAS, or Python) and a deep understanding of statistical methodologies.

* Strong understanding of the digital marketing landscape, best practices, tools such as n8n, and platforms such as everflow, redtrack, has offers, cake, twyne.

* Experience with analytics tools such as Google Analytics, as well as tag management systems.

* Familiarity with advertising platforms like Facebook Ads Manager, Twitter Ads, and YouTube Ads and setting up their tracking with our tools and landing pages.

* Familiarity with API posting, how they work, setting them up and working with tools such as n8n & zapier.

* Exceptional analytical and problem-solving capabilities.

* Strong communication skills, with an ability to translate complex data insights into actionable marketing strategies.

* Passion for staying updated with the evolving landscape of AI, data analytics, and digital marketing.
