Job Summary: Bluedrive IT Services FZCO is seeking a skilled AI Engineer with experience in creating chatbots, machine learning, and working with technologies like LangChain, LangGraph, and LangSmith. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in AI development, excellent problem-solving skills, and the ability to work collaboratively in a remote environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Design, develop, and deploy AI-driven chatbots and conversational agents.
Implement machine learning models to enhance the capabilities of AI systems.
Work with LangChain, LangGraph, and LangSmith to create scalable and efficient AI solutions.
Collaborate with data scientists, software engineers, and other stakeholders to understand requirements and deliver high-quality AI products.
Perform data analysis and preprocessing to support model training and evaluation.
Optimize and fine-tune AI models for performance, accuracy, and scalability.
Stay up-to-date with the latest advancements in AI, machine learning, and related technologies, and apply them as appropriate.
Troubleshoot and resolve issues in AI systems, ensuring their reliability and robustness.
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning, or a related field.
Proven experience as an AI Engineer or in a similar role.
Strong programming skills in languages such as Python, R, or Java.
Containerization: Technologies like Docker and container orchestration tools for deploying and managing Ai engineering applications.
Experience with LangChain, LangGraph, and LangSmith.
Knowledge of natural language processing (NLP) techniques and tools.
Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
Strong communication and collaboration skills.
Preferred Qualifications:
Master’s degree in a related field.
Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, Azure) and their AI services.
Familiarity with data visualization tools and techniques.
Understanding of reinforcement learning and deep learning concepts.
Experience with machine learning frameworks and libraries such as TensorFlow, PyTorch, or scikit-learn.
