Job Description:

As an AI Engineer at Kita, you will be responsible for designing, implementing, and maintaining AI and machine learning systems that enhance our products and services. You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including data scientists, software engineers, and product managers, to develop AI-driven solutions that solve complex problems.

Key Responsibilities:

Collaborate with data scientists to understand AI model requirements and objectives.
Develop and implement machine learning models and algorithms using libraries such as TensorFlow, PyTorch, or scikit-learn.
Collect, preprocess, and clean large datasets for training and validation.
Train and fine-tune machine learning models using cloud-based or on-premises GPU clusters.
Optimize AI models for performance, scalability, and efficiency.
Deploy AI models to production environments, ensuring reliability and monitoring for model drift.
Collaborate with software engineers to integrate AI models into existing applications or develop new AI-powered features.
Stay up-to-date with the latest advancements in AI and machine learning research and technologies.
Participate in code reviews and provide feedback to maintain code quality and consistency.
Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to AI model performance or data quality.
Assist in defining AI strategy, roadmaps, and objectives for product development.
Document AI model development, deployment, and maintenance processes.

Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning, or a related field (or equivalent work experience).
Proven experience as an AI Engineer or machine learning engineer with a strong portfolio of AI-related projects.
Proficiency in machine learning frameworks and libraries (e.g., TensorFlow, PyTorch, scikit-learn).
Strong programming skills in Python and proficiency in data manipulation and analysis.
Experience with cloud platforms like AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud for AI model deployment.
Knowledge of AI model deployment techniques such as containerization (Docker) and orchestration (Kubernetes).
Familiarity with version control systems (e.g., Git) and code collaboration platforms (e.g., GitHub).
Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work effectively in cross-functional teams.
An understanding of software engineering principles and best practices.
Knowledge of natural language processing (NLP) and computer vision (CV) is a plus.
Familiarity with reinforcement learning and deep reinforcement learning is a plus.
