AI engineer (no exp req.) & Go High Level manager for GROWING STARTUP SOLAR ENERGY company in America

We are looking for a skilled CRM and workflow manager that has experience with Go High Level.
Integrating AI tools will be something which can be learned while doing the current job!

We want to integrate automations and are seeking someone to help learn as we GROW!

Our Company name is ABC Power and we need you to help automate and organize our Go High Level/CRM!!!

You will help create workflows, emails, tasks and reports as well as use digital canvassing (data entry) to provide fresh leads to the people who call them for our programs.

Your primary job will be to organize and optimize the CRM.
We have a very good team and I will help our team in training you.

You’ll need to be available for 4-8 hours per day to work and train.

Experience in website development and social media is a plus but not required – our team primarily uses Go High Level and Google workspace/Gmail.

You’ll get paid hourly and have weekly performance reviews and project assignments. There WILL be opportunities for advancement, pay raises and bonuses. Our starting hourly will be $3.

Here’s the desired requirements:

– CRM experience
– Hard worker
– Looking for LONG TERM work ($ bonuses given at quarterly intervals)
– 4-8 hours a day minimum, (we are very flexible as to what shift/hours you can work)
– You must be very willing to learn and love being organized!

These aren’t requirements but we very much prefer:
– You have experience with Go High Level or a similar CRM.
– You have experience with Google Ads and Workspace apps (Gmail, Sheets, Docs, etc).

There WILL BE opportunities to earn big $$$ commissions once you have experience with our system and can manage everything AND setup appointments for our sales team – appointments are worth $10 per sit (skilled workers can setup 1+ appt per hour for a daily bonus of $100+ or even a monthly total of $2,000+).
