The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing and growing our Discord community, engaging with members, and fostering a positive and inclusive environment using AI-driven insights and tools.
Responsibilities:
• Manage and moderate the Discord server, ensuring adherence to community guidelines with the help of AI moderation tools.
• Engage with community members through discussions, events, and activities, utilizing AI to personalize interactions and recommendations.
• Develop and implement AI-enhanced strategies to attract new members and retain existing ones.
• Organize and host community events, webinars, and discussions, leveraging AI for scheduling, promotion, and feedback collection.
• Collect and analyze feedback from community members using AI analytics to improve the community experience.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to promote the community on social media and other platforms using AI-driven content strategies.
Requirements:
• Proven experience in community management, preferably on Discord.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with proficiency in using AI tools for enhanced engagement.
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities, supported by AI task management tools.
• Passion for alternative systems, currencies, and societal solutions.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team, embracing AI for collaborative and efficient workflows.
