RMO sells premium grade essential oils to help families take control of their health and wellness. Role and Responsibilities:
As our AI Expert and Project Manager, you will play a pivotal role in nurturing the team and driving results through the implementation of AI strategies and efficient project management. Your key responsibilities will include:
– Weekly Video Posting: Assist in posting the weekly video, ensuring it reaches all members promptly.
– Group Support: Provide approximately 5-10 hours of VA support to the group, responding to queries, organizing group activities, and facilitating smooth communication among members; remaining hours will be helping keep track of projects and deadlines for RMO teams.
– Practical AI Implementation: Take the lead in promoting the practical application of AI technologies within the group’s businesses, identifying suitable AI tools, and providing guidance on their implementation.
– Individual Consultations: Spend dedicated time with each person/business, understanding their specific needs, and devising personalized strategies to utilize AI for increased efficiency and profitability.
Required Software/Tools:
The Virtual Assistant should be proficient in CRMs and learning task management software. Slack for communication with the team. Additionally, expertise in various AI tools and applications. Knowledge in GoHigh Level is a great plus!

– Strong self-drive and motivation to work independently.
– Proactive in identifying areas where AI can be implemented for business improvement.
Working Hours and Time Zone:
Hours per week: 40 hours
Hourly Rate: $7
The VA’s working hours should align with the client’s time zone (EST), specifically from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM EST.
