About the Role:
We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated AI Integration Specialist to join our team. As the AI Integration Specialist, you will be responsible for evaluating new AI tools, integrating them into our current workforce and workflows, and developing training programs to ensure successful adoption by our remote staff. The ideal person for the role of an AI Integration Specialist would have a unique set of skills, qualities, and characteristics that enable them to succeed in this fast-paced and constantly evolving field.
Responsibilities:
Evaluate new AI tools and identify opportunities for integration into existing business operations
Collaborate with various departments to identify areas where AI tools can be applied
Develop a strategy for introducing AI tools to the remote workforce and work with management to ensure successful adoption
Develop training programs to equip remote staff with the necessary skills to use AI tools effectively
Identify and address any challenges or resistance to change
Stay up-to-date with the latest AI trends and technologies
Communicate with vendors and partners to stay informed about the latest tools and advancements
Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Data Science, or related field
At least 3 years of experience in project management, change management, and/or training development
Strong technical background and understanding of AI and related technologies
Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail
Strong communication skills and ability to work effectively with different stakeholders
Highly adaptable and able to work in a fast-paced remote environment
Passionate about technology and innovation
Positive and can-do attitude
Ability to work independently and as part of a remote team
Experience working with remote teams is a plus
