AI & No-Code Developer (Chatbot, Dashboard, Automations)

We are seeking a talented and experienced AI Chatbot and Client Dashboard Developer to join our team. As a developer, you will play a crucial role in building an AI-powered chatbot and client dashboard platform that helps our clients efficiently manage appointment bookings and interact with prospects.

Responsibilities:

-Develop and implement an AI-powered chatbot using Botpress, trained to handle appointment booking and basic medical queries.
-Integrate the chatbot with Airtable for data management and retrieval.
-Create a user-friendly conversational interface for seamless interactions with prospects.
-Design and develop a client dashboard using Softr, featuring “Conversations” and “Appointments” sections.
-Implement automated workflows and connections using Zapier to synchronize data between Softr and Airtable.
-Integrate the dashboard with the doctor’s Google Calendar for appointment synchronization.
-Ensure the dashboard is customizable, responsive, and aligns with the branding of our clients.
-Conduct rigorous testing to identify and resolve any bugs or issues.
-Implement robust security measures to protect sensitive data.

Requirements:

Proven experience in developing AI-powered chatbots using Botpress or similar platforms.
Strong proficiency in web development using Softr or similar tools.
Proficiency in integrating databases like Airtable for data management.
Familiarity with Zapier or other automation tools for data connections.
Knowledge of calendar integration, especially with Google Calendar.
Understanding of user experience (UX) and user interface (UI) design principles.
Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
Strong communication and collaboration abilities.
