Job Overview:
We are seeking a highly skilled AI Programmer to join our team and enhance our ticketing system through advanced artificial intelligence and machine learning solutions. Key Responsibilities:
Develop and Implement AI Solutions:
Design and implement AI models to automate ticket classification, prioritization, and resolution.
Create algorithms to analyze and predict ticket trends and patterns.
Integrate AI with Ticketing Systems:
Work closely with the IT and support teams to integrate AI solutions with existing ticketing systems.
Ensure seamless data flow and compatibility between AI models and ticketing platforms.
Optimize Ticketing Processes:
Develop solutions to improve the efficiency and accuracy of ticket handling.
Implement predictive analytics to foresee potential issues and reduce ticket backlog.
Data Analysis and Management:
Collect and preprocess data from various sources for training and evaluating AI models.
Maintain and update datasets to ensure high model performance and accuracy.
Collaborate with Cross-Functional Teams:
Work with other developers, data scientists, and business stakeholders to understand requirements and deliver AI-driven solutions.
Provide technical guidance and support to team members on AI-related tasks.
Monitor and Improve AI Models:
Continuously monitor the performance of AI models in the production environment.
Fine-tune models and update algorithms based on feedback and new data.
Documentation and Reporting:
Document AI models, processes, and integration steps.

Qualifications:
Education: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning, or related field.
Experience:
Proven experience as an AI programmer or similar role.
Hands-on experience with machine learning frameworks (e.g., TensorFlow, PyTorch) and libraries (e.g., scikit-learn).
Experience with ticketing systems and IT service management tools.
Technical Skills:
Proficiency in programming languages such as Python, Java, or C++.
Strong understanding of data structures, algorithms, and statistical methods.
Familiarity with natural language processing (NLP) techniques and tools.
Knowledge of database management and SQL.
