Position Overview:
We are seeking an experienced AI Sales Expert, Appointment Closer, and Lead Generation Specialist to join our dynamic team.

The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing our outreach processes, setting appointments, and bidding on Upwork jobs or similar platforms. The role requires integrating AI into these processes to handle outreach and responses at scale efficiently. (please also mention all of your skills)
Key Responsibilities:
Lead Generation: Identify potential clients through various channels and platforms. Use AI tools to automate and enhance lead generation efforts.
Cold Outreach: Execute cold email and messaging campaigns using AI to personalize and optimize communication. Maintain a high level of engagement and follow-up.
Appointment Setting: Schedule and manage appointments with potential clients. Ensure a smooth transition from initial contact to sales meetings.
Bidding on Platforms: Actively bid on projects on Upwork and other freelancing platforms. Tailor proposals to client needs and leverage AI to streamline the bidding process.
Sales Process Integration: Implement AI solutions to manage and track the entire sales process, from outreach to closing deals.
Client Interaction: Respond to client inquiries promptly and professionally. Use AI tools to assist in managing large volumes of communications.
Reporting: Provide regular updates on lead generation, outreach efforts, and sales performance. Utilize AI to generate detailed analytics and reports.
Qualifications:
Experience: Proven experience in sales, lead generation, and appointment setting. Experience with AI tools and platforms is highly desirable.
Skills: Strong communication and negotiation skills. Proficiency in using AI for sales and outreach. Familiarity with Upwork and other freelancing platforms.
Tech Savvy: Ability to integrate and utilize AI solutions to automate and enhance the sales process.
Results-Driven: Demonstrated ability to meet and exceed sales targets. Strong analytical skills to measure and improve outreach effectiveness.
Self-Motivated: Able to work independently and manage multiple tasks efficiently. Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
