AI Solutions Associate

Join our innovative AI Champions Team™ at Sevron as an AI Solutions Associate. In this role, you will work closely with various departments to identify opportunities for AI integration to enhance and build new processes. You will collaborate with teams to implement existing AI tools, develop new AI solutions, and work with the AI development team to create bespoke tools. Your focus will be on automating processes, enhancing operations, and improving efficiency through intelligent AI solutions.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

Continuous Improvement
• Evaluate and refine Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) to identify and implement AI-driven enhancements.
• Continuously seek opportunities for process improvement through AI.

Automation
• Develop AI tools to automate routine tasks, freeing up human resources for strategic functions.
• Streamline operations and reduce dependency on manual inputs through intelligent automation solutions.

Enhancement
• Enhance service delivery and operational outputs across departments through smart technology.
• Identify opportunities to implement AI-driven solutions that improve efficiency and reduce costs.

Efficiency
• Optimise processes to achieve higher efficiency, reduced costs, and quicker turnaround times.
• Boost overall productivity and operational agility across the company.

AI Integration and Solution Development
• Collaborate with various departments to understand their processes and identify areas where AI can provide improvements or build new processes.
• Evaluate and implement existing AI tools to enhance departmental operations.
• Develop new AI solutions tailored to specific departmental needs.
• Work closely with the AI development team to create bespoke AI tools and solutions.

Technical Analysis and Problem-Solving
• Conduct technical analysis to determine the best AI solutions for different processes.
• Utilise problem-solving skills to troubleshoot and optimise AI applications.
• Continuously update and enhance AI functionalities to match evolving business and technological landscapes.

Collaboration and Communication
• Work closely with the Operations team, ensuring an unbiased approach towards departmental improvements.
• Provide regular updates (weekly/bi-weekly/monthly) to the Operations team on progress, insights, and AI integration challenges.
• Communicate effectively with stakeholders to ensure AI initiatives align with business goals.
• Work with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of AI solutions.

QUALIFICATIONS:
• Strong problem-solving skills and technical analysis capabilities.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively with different departments and teams.
• Passion for technology and AI-driven solutions.
• Some knowledge of coding (optional).
