Job Description:
As an AI Solutions Developer, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and deploying AI-driven solutions that enhance automation, reporting, and workflow efficiencies across multiple industries. You will work closely with our product managers and clients to understand their requirements and deliver customized AI solutions using the latest technologies.
Responsibilities:
Design and develop AI-based solutions for healthcare, web3, sales and marketing, engineering and construction, and back-office operations.
Implement AI algorithms and models for content automation, patient reporting, sales automation (voice and email), AI chatbots, podcast automation, compliance and reporting, and AI safety workflows.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate AI solutions into existing systems.
Conduct research and stay updated with the latest AI technologies and trends.
Provide technical support and troubleshooting for AI applications.
Ensure the scalability, performance, and security of AI solutions.

Requirements:
Proven experience as an AI developer or similar role.
Strong understanding of machine learning algorithms, natural language processing (NLP), and computer vision.
Proficiency in programming languages such as Python, Java, or C++.
Experience with AI frameworks and libraries such as TensorFlow, PyTorch, and scikit-learn.
Familiarity with the tools and technologies mentioned above.
Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Strong communication skills to interact with clients and team members.
Preferred Qualifications:
Experience in developing AI solutions for specific industries mentioned (healthcare, web3, sales and marketing, engineering and construction, back office).
Knowledge of voice AI technologies and podcast automation.
