About the Role:

Our company is seeking an experienced AI Specialist to help our clients make the most of emerging technologies and stay ahead of the competition. The successful candidate will be responsible for working with our clients to understand their unique needs and develop tailored solutions that leverage the latest AI tools and techniques. Additionally, the AI Specialist will be responsible for upskilling our Virtual Assistants (VA’s) to become proficient AI power users, ensuring that they are equipped to deliver the highest level of service to our clients.

Responsibilities:

Work closely with clients to understand their unique business needs and identify opportunities to leverage AI tools and techniques.
Develop custom AI solutions that meet the specific needs of our clients, using or adapting pre-existing AI tools.
Train and upskill our VA’s to become proficient AI power users, ensuring that they are equipped to deliver the highest level of service to our clients.
Stay up-to-date with the latest developments in AI technology and identify new opportunities for innovation and improvement.
Build relationships with key stakeholders, both within and outside the organization to drive adoption and success of AI solutions.
Communicate complex AI concepts and solutions to a variety of audiences, including technical and non-technical stakeholders.

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Mathematics, or a related field.
3+ years of experience in AI development and implementation, with a proven track record of delivering successful projects.
Strong technical skills in programming languages such as Python, Java, or C++, as well as experience with machine learning frameworks such as TensorFlow or PyTorch.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
Experience in upskilling and training staff to become proficient in AI tools and techniques.
Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
