We are seeking a highly skilled and innovative AI Specialist/Strategist and Automation Expert to join our dynamic team. As an AI Specialist, you will play a critical role in driving AI-driven strategies and implementing automation solutions to optimize our business processes.
Additional expertise: Knowledge of BotBuilders and its applications will be pivotal in enhancing our productivity and efficiency.
Responsibilities:
AI Strategy Development: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify business challenges that can be addressed through AI solutions. Develop and implement AI strategies that align with the company’s long-term goals.
Automation Implementation: Lead the design and implementation of automation solutions across various departments, such as customer service, finance, marketing, and operations. This includes evaluating existing processes, identifying automation opportunities, and deploying effective solutions.
Utilize your expertise to customize and integrate solutions tailored to the company’s specific needs. Drive user adoption and train teams to effectively utilize various AI tools.
Data Analysis: Analyze data to uncover insights and trends, enabling data-driven decision-making. Work closely with the data science team to develop AI models and predictive analytics.
Research and Innovation: Stay up to date with the latest trends and advancements in AI, automation. Propose innovative solutions and opportunities to enhance our processes.
Collaboration: Collaborate with team members to ensure seamless integration and functionality of AI and automation solutions.
Requirements:
Proven experience as an AI Specialist, Automation Expert, or similar role.
Strong knowledge of AI technologies, and automation tools.
Data-driven mindset with exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities to collaborate effectively with diverse teams.
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and adapt to evolving technologies.
