My name is Stefano and I own and run a website called “Think in Italian” where I sell my own Italian language app.

I need to create hundreds of short videos from my blog posts with the AI tool Fliki.

== Job description

I need an operator with basic video editing skills to:

* Find the post summary or create it with ChatGPT
* With the post summary as a script, create an AI video on Fliki including AI narration
* Publish the video on Youtube with an SEO description, etc.
* Add the video to the blog post on WordPress
All these steps don’t require high skills.
Basic video SEO can be learned in a couple of hours.
Fliki is so easy that anyone can use it right away. Same for ChatGPT.
On WordPress, all you need to do is enter one field.
I can show you around before you start. There’s already one assistant on this who can help you.

== Requirements

* Some experience in graphic design and video editing
* Knowledge of SEO and WordPress is a plus
* Intermediate English reading and writing skills to handle short texts (no need to write from scratch)
* Must show proof of work, either assets or references

== Availability

I don’t expect an instant response or regular availability at fixed hours (unless we have meetings or training). You’re free to manage your time.
We keep in touch on Slack and Clickup.
I’m in Asia. That means that live meetings will usually be held in the evening in the Americas.
It’s an ongoing business. Depending on your skills, you may stay forever.

== Terms

Payments twice a month via bank transfer (Wise). Transaction fee and forex on me.
A Timetracker with screenshots is required.
I’ll draft a simple contract that we’ll agree on before starting and can be updated upon mutual agreement.

== Application

* Show me 1-3 things (not more!) to support your skills and experience. That could be a qualification, an ad campaign, a marketing plan, a reference from past employers, etc. It should be clear that it was made by you. If it’s not, you need to bring up references.
* Include your expected salary and availability in h/w.
