Job Description:
We are seeking a talented and experienced Airbnb Description Writer to join our team. As a property management company, we have a portfolio of properties that require compelling and informative descriptions to attract potential guests. The right candidate will have a strong background in writing engaging content for Airbnb listings and will be able to capture the unique features and selling points of each property. And will have Airbnb CO-Host/Managing experience. The perfect fit could go on to become our full time VA for the properties we manage.

Responsibilities:
– Write captivating and persuasive descriptions for Airbnb listings that highlight the property’s key features, amenities, and location.
– Conduct thorough research on each property to ensure accurate and detailed descriptions.
– Collaborate with property managers and owners to gather information about the property and its unique selling points.
– Optimize listings for search engine optimization (SEO) to increase visibility and bookings.
– Revise and update existing listings to improve performance and guest satisfaction.
– Ensure that all descriptions are written in a professional and consistent tone.
– Meet tight deadlines and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
– Communicate effectively with property managers and owners to gather feedback and make necessary revisions.

Qualifications:
– Proven experience in writing Airbnb listings or similar property descriptions.
– Familiarity with the Airbnb platform and its requirements for listing content.
– Exceptional writing skills with a strong attention to detail.
– Ability to adapt writing style to match the tone and branding of each property.
– Excellent research skills to gather accurate information about each property.
– Basic knowledge of SEO principles and best practices.
– Strong organizational and time management skills.
– Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.

Compensation:
The selected candidate will be compensated on a per-job basis. The rate of pay will be discussed further during the interview process.
