Role Overview:
As a part-time Customer Service Representative (Airbnb Specialist) and will assist my real estate company work if done with Airbnb work, you’ll play a pivotal role in ensuring our Airbnb operations run smoothly and our guests receive exceptional service. Here’s what you’ll be doing:
Providing expert assistance to Airbnb guests, handling inquiries, bookings, and any issues that may arise.
Utilizing your expertise in Airbnb to optimize listings, manage reservations, and resolve account-related matters.
Maintaining near-perfect accuracy in all interactions and transactions, minimizing errors to ensure seamless experiences.
Being available and reliable for urgent matters, ready to assist guests and address concerns promptly.
Schedule is 10PM EST (subject to change).
Requirements:
Previous experience in customer service, specifically with a focus on Airbnb.
Exceptional proficiency in Airbnb operations, including account management and guest communication.
Demonstrated reliability and responsiveness, capable of handling urgent matters with efficiency and professionalism.
A meticulous attention to detail, ensuring accuracy and excellence in every task.
Comfortable with a flexible schedule, including evening and weekend shifts.

In addition to your primary role as an Airbnb Specialist, you’ll be responsible for assisting with various real estate tasks during periods when you’re not engaged in Airbnb-related activities. These additional responsibilities will include:
WS Fix and Flip Data Research: Conducting research on properties suitable for fix and flip opportunities in the WS (Westside) area. This may involve analyzing property listings, gathering market data, and identifying potential investment prospects.
Social Media Management: Managing our presence on various social media platforms by creating and scheduling posts, engaging with followers, and promoting our real estate services. You’ll be responsible for crafting compelling messages and ensuring consistent branding across platforms.
Message Outreach: Reaching out to potential leads and prospects via direct messages on social media platforms. You’ll be tasked with initiating conversations, answering inquiries, and nurturing relationships to generate leads and opportunities for our real estate business.
These additional responsibilities will complement your role as an Airbnb Specialist and provide valuable exposure to different aspects of the real estate industry. Your versatility and proactive approach will be essential in helping us achieve our goals across multiple channels.
Rate: $3 per hour
