Airbnb Arbitrage Assistant

We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Airbnb Arbitrage Assistant to join our team. As an Airbnb Arbitrage Assistant, your primary responsibility will be to identify and secure new rental properties for Airbnb listings. You will be responsible for communicating with property owners, negotiating contracts, and ensuring a seamless guest experience. Additionally, you will be tasked with maintaining excellent customer relations and providing essential support to Airbnb guests.

Key Responsibilities:

Property Acquisition: Identify potential properties for Airbnb listings through online research, networking, and market analysis.

Communication and Negotiation: Initiate contact with property owners, negotiate rental terms, and secure contracts for Airbnb use.

Guest Support: Assist and communicate with Airbnb guests, addressing inquiries, concerns, and requests promptly and professionally.

Property Management: Oversee property maintenance, cleanliness, and ensure a positive guest experience.

Financial Management: Monitor rental income, expenses, and profits, ensuring the financial success of each Airbnb property.

Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in real estate, hospitality, or a related field.

Valid driver’s license and access to transportation for property visits.
Availability for flexible working hours, including evenings and weekends.
