Job Description

We are currently looking for a dedicated and experienced full-time customer service team member to join our team! This is a full-time position with a five-day work schedule, eight hours per day. The starting pay is $400 per month in USD, which will be paid via Western Union. As part of our hiring process, we offer a two-week paid trial to assess your fit for the role.

In this position, you will work directly with the business owner, providing essential support in various job duties. We need someone who is process-driven, an adept problem solver, and can work independently with minimal guidance. Creating a well-structured work environment and updating pricing strategies across different platforms will be among your responsibilities.

Your role will also involve planning, executing, and managing digital content while making data-driven decisions to drive our content strategy. Proficiency in handling content across multiple channels and offering evaluations and recommendations for each property is essential. You will be expected to respond promptly to guest inquiries through messaging and SMS, customize automated scheduled messages, conduct research and prepare insightful reports, and handle other assigned tasks.

To excel in this role, you should possess excellent written English skills, with near-native ability, and be well-versed in navigating the internet. Your ability to quickly learn new software and your organizational skills will be crucial. Following video and audio instructions from the owner and documenting them accurately are essential parts of the job.

You must have a reliable high-speed internet connection and a backup option available. Having a second computer screen will also be beneficial. A high-energy, positive attitude, along with a strong desire to contribute to the company’s growth, is a must. We are looking for a proactive go-getter who can suggest improvements and go above and beyond what is expected. Maintaining constant communication with the business owner through chat during the workday is required, and you will need to submit a daily report outlining challenges, lessons learned, and goals.
