Join us as an Airbnb Cleaning and Maintenance Coordinator Specialist and help maintain our short-term rental properties in outstanding condition.

Responsibilities:
Remote Property Care Management: Oversee cleaning and maintenance operations for our Airbnb and VRBO properties. Coordinate with cleaners to ensure properties are thoroughly cleaned and well-maintained between guest stays.?
Coordination and Scheduling: Utilize online platforms and communication tools to create and manage efficient cleaning schedules. Ensure properties are prepared for new guests promptly and effectively.?
Maintenance Coordination and Scheduling: Responsible for sourcing and organizing maintenance personnel, including HVAC technicians, plumbers, handymen, etc., to promptly address any issues or repairs. Ensure that necessary repairs are efficiently completed with minimal disruption to guests.
Urgency and Timeliness: As an urgent hiring, we require someone who can work with a sense of urgency and is available to start as soon as possible, managing property care operations effectively.?

Qualifications:
* Previous experience in cleaning and maintenance coordination, preferably in the hospitality or short-term rental industry, though not mandatory.
* Proficiency in using online platforms and communication tools for remote coordination.
* Exceptional organizational and time management skills to manage property care efficiently.
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills to interact with cleaners, maintenance personnel and hosts.
* Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a virtual environment, demonstrating adaptability and resourcefulness.

Salary:
The initial salary for this position is $500, with potential for increases based on performance.
