Our company seeks a motivated and organized Virtual Assistant to assist our Airbnb Business with day-to-day tasks and customer service. As a Virtual Assistant, you will work remotely and help manage our Airbnb listings, communicate with guests, handle administrative tasks, and provide excellent customer service to our guests.
Responsibilities:
Maintaining a stellar reputation on Airbnb is key, and you’ll play a critical role in achieving this by communicating with guests, handling inquiries, and responding to messages in a timely and friendly manner. You’ll need to be proactive in addressing any issues or concerns our guests may have so that they have a pleasant and memorable experience staying in our properties.
Another critical aspect of the role will be coordinating with cleaning services to ensure our properties are always clean and ready to receive guests. You’ll also handle administrative tasks, such as managing calendars and scheduling, to ensure our operations run smoothly.
Providing excellent customer service is our top priority, and you’ll need to be passionate about delivering it to our guests. You’ll need to be proactive, attentive, and responsive to their needs and concerns, and ensure they have a great experience staying in our properties. Your efforts will help ensure we maintain a loyal customer base and achieve continued growth in the highly competitive world of Airbnb.
Requirements:
-Experience in Airbnb management, including listing optimization and guest communication.
-A degree in hospitality management, travel and tourism, or a related field. (optional)
-Excellent computer setup for long-term and efficient work
– High-speed Internet connection
– At least 2 years of experience in vacation rental property management, preferably with a focus on Airbnb.
– In-depth knowledge of Airbnb policies and best practices, including experience with booking and payment procedures.
– Exceptional attention to detail and organizational skills.
– Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
– Fluency in English is required, and additional language skills are a plus.
