Job Description

As an Airbnb Co-Host, you will play a vital role in managing the day-to-day operations of our Airbnb listings. You will be responsible for providing excellent customer service to our guests, maintaining the cleanliness and functionality of the properties, and ensuring a seamless experience from booking to check-out. This role requires a detail-oriented individual with strong communication skills and a passion for hospitality.

Responsibilities:

Guest Communication: Respond promptly and professionally to guest inquiries and messages on the Airbnb platform. Provide detailed information about the property, check-in/check-out procedures, and local attractions.
Reservation Management: Oversee bookings, confirm reservations, and manage the calendar to prevent double bookings. Ensure all reservations are updated and accurate.
Check-In and Check-Out: Coordinate and facilitate guest check-ins and check-outs. Provide guests with clear instructions and support to ensure a smooth process.
Property Maintenance: Conduct regular inspections of the properties to ensure they are clean, well-maintained, and fully stocked with necessary supplies. Address any maintenance issues promptly.
Cleaning Coordination: Arrange and supervise cleaning services between guest stays. Ensure the property is spotless and ready for the next guest.
Guest Reviews: Monitor and respond to guest reviews, addressing any concerns or feedback in a professional manner. Strive to maintain a high rating for each property.
Emergency Support: Be available to handle emergencies and unexpected issues that may arise during a guest’s stay, such as lockouts or urgent maintenance needs.
Local Expertise: Provide guests with recommendations for local attractions, restaurants, and activities to enhance their stay.
Qualifications:

Previous experience in hospitality, property management, or a similar role is preferred.
Excellent communication and customer service skills.
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
Ability to work independently and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
Proficiency with the Airbnb platform and basic computer skills.
Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
Reliable transportation and the ability to travel to properties within [City/Region].
