We are seeking a dedicated Full-Time Airbnb Virtual Assistant to join our team. This remote position offers the opportunity to collaborate with property owners and managers to ensure a seamless and outstanding guest journey. As a key member of our team, you will play a vital role in enhancing property visibility, guest satisfaction, and overall operational efficiency.

**Responsibilities:**

1. **Listing Management:**
– Regularly update listing details, pricing, availability, and special offers to attract potential guests.

2. **Guest Communication:**
– Respond promptly and professionally to guest inquiries, requests, and bookings.
– Coordinate check-in/check-out processes and ensure guests have a smooth and enjoyable stay.

3. **Reviews and Ratings:**
– Encourage guests to leave positive reviews and ratings, and respond to reviews in a timely and courteous manner.
– Monitor and manage guest feedback to continuously improve guest experiences.

4. **Property Maintenance:**
– Coordinate cleaning and maintenance services between guests to ensure the property is in excellent condition at all times.
– Address any urgent issues that may arise during a guest’s stay, resolving them promptly and effectively.

5. **Booking Management:**
– Keep an organized record of reservations, payments, and cancellations.
– Assist with managing the booking calendar to avoid scheduling conflicts.

6. **Market Analysis:**
– Conduct research on competitors’ listings, pricing, and offerings to identify opportunities for improvement.
– Make data-driven suggestions to optimize pricing and promotions to maximize occupancy rates.

7. **Administrative Tasks:**
– Assist with invoicing, financial tracking, and reporting related to the property’s operations.
– Handle administrative tasks such as coordinating with suppliers, managing contracts, and tracking expenses.

**Qualifications:**

– Proven experience as a virtual assistant or in a related customer service role.
– Strong written and verbal communication skills in English.
– Proficiency in using Airbnb’s platform, including listing creation and management.
– Familiarity with property management tools and software is a plus.
– Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
– Ability to multitask and prioritize effectively in a fast-paced environment.
– Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to remain composed under pressure.
– Availability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays when needed.
