Job Description

We are looking for an Airbnb Customer Success Manager. We are a small growing company located in London UK. We manage short-term rentals for our clients to achieve the maximum amount of profit on their investments.

If your application is successful we will offer a two-week paid trial period, if everything goes well we’ll have you board our team full time.

Responsibilities include:

Front of House:
– Respond to guest queries
– Help with check-in issues
– Reservation management

Damage & Insurance:
– Claim filing, tracking, invoicing, and reporting.
– Damage deduction
– Deposit verification & issue check-in instruction
– Deposit refunds
– Review CCTVs

Cleaning & Laundry:
– Review Cleaner photos
– Schedule and remind cleaners of daily tasks
– Invoice cleaners
– Monitor supplies
– Schedule & setup deep cleanings
– Laundry schedule
– Laundry delivery & pickup liaison

Marketing & Performance:
– Review response
– New listings set up & connection
– Listing Optimization
– Monthly Revenue Report
– Monthly listing performance/feedback report

Maintenance:
– Hire, schedule, and manage plumber, electrician, handyman, and any other engineers for maintenance
– Other Admin Tasks
– Complete miscellaneous special projects and tasks as required.
– Research and due diligence on topics relating to the business and create short reports to present to owners.

New property stream/leads:
– Call up landlords & agents
– Schedule meetings with owners & agents

– Must be able to finish tasks speedily.
– Must have common sense and critical thinking skills.
– Motivated self-starter with a positive can-do attitude and a high level of personal integrity and business ethics who drives in a collaborative team environment.
– Desire to grow with a growing start-up company.

Education and Experience
– College Degree
– Minimum 1 year Airbnb Property Management or Airbnb Customer Support experience

Bonus Experience
– Airbnb Case Manager Experience / Direct experience working for Airbnb
– Management/Supervisor Experience
