We are a rapidly expanding Airbnb business focusing on premium rental properties in central London. Our goal is to acquire one-bedroom and two-bedroom apartments, ideally multiple flats in the same building, with landlords’ permission for short-term rental listings on Airbnb.

Job Responsibilities:
•? ?Property Sourcing: Identify and source rental properties in central London
•? ?Landlord Engagement: Contact landlords and property managers to discuss potential rental agreements for listing their properties on Airbnb.
•? ?Negotiation: Negotiate terms and secure permissions from landlords for short-term rentals.
•? ?Lead Generation: Generate leads and build a network of property owners and managers with available rental properties.

Requirements:
•? ?Experience: Proven experience in property sourcing, real estate, or a related field.
•? ?Knowledge: Familiarity with the London rental market, particularly in central areas.
•? ?Communication: Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
•? ?Self-Motivated: Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
