Job Description

We are a growing short term rental management company seeking an Airbnb Cohost to add to our team.

The ideal candidate has experience at Airbnb Support/Case Manager/Resolution Centre as well as Listing Management experience (handle guest communication, create listings, improve listings for search)

Working Time Zone: EST. The right candidate is flexible to support the CEO at various hours as needed, scheduled with advance notice. Flexibility to work all shifts including occasional overnight hours i.e 8pm-4am PHT or 1am-8am PHT. Preference will be given to candidates that can fill these various shifts.

Hours: Part-Time as needed, with potential to lead to Full-Time.

Role & Responsibilities:
Act as primary point of contact for guests, respond to guest inquiries, questions and concerns.
Provide prompt communication and positive guest experience within 1-3 mins
Find answers for guests with little supervision using all the resources provided
Reviews (write reviews/dispute or remove negative reviews)
Create local guidebooks, as needed
Write photo captions
Maintain and update Daily Report Log

Requirements:
Strong command of English language including spoken and written
Communication response time to guests 1-3 mins
Commitment to achieving 5-star guest rating each time
Prior experience with Airbnb as Case Manager or similar
Expert and in-depth knowledge of Airbnb Guest Policies, Host Policies, Airbnb deadlines/response times, Terms and Conditions, filing resolution centre claims and achieving successful outcomes, removing negative/inaccurate reviews
Strong knowledge of listing creation and best practises
Knowledge of VRBO platform, algorithm and optimization techniques

Excellent and prompt communication skills with a positive and empathetic voice
Attention to detail, pro-active and ability to think in advance to foresee future issues
Ability to problem-solve and must be resourceful to find a solution
Ability to follow company guidelines and Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs)
Prior experience using a channel management system or software i.e Hospitable
Familiar with Canva, Google Drive, Airtable
