I need an outstanding manager to drive guest communication, manage operations (e.g., plumbers), and continuously optimize our guests’ experience to improve our reviews. You must be customer-obsessed and very quick to reply (less than 5 minutes). This job is for vacation rentals in the US, from Hawaii to the US Virgin Islands. Some of the tasks are:
Guest communications
Guest resolutions
Job is Monday to Sunday, 8 am to 8 pm PST (not continuous hours as it depends on guest requests)
You must be available instantly (within 5 minutes) during that time.
Regularly track and follow up on manual payment processes using the Zoho invoices platform.
Quick communications to vacation rental guests (less than 5 minutes)
Generate a quality report every week/month
Ensure that all check-in and check-out messages are sent automatically
Communicate with contractors and find new ones
Continuously improve the guest experience
Complete quality and operation trackers
