We are seeking a highly organised and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Short Let Guest Management and Marketing Assistant. This role will primarily focus on ensuring exceptional guest experiences, outbound sales, and providing support to our marketing initiatives. The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills, a customer-centric mindset, and the ability to multitask effectively.
Responsibilities:
– Making outbound calls to previous guests to encourage repeat bookings and gather feedback.
– Contacting companies with the aim to secure direct bookings and establish partnerships.
– Checking guests in and ensuring a smooth arrival process.
– Contacting current guests to address any inquiries, concerns, or additional requests.
– Delivering excellent customer service by promptly resolving guest issues and ensuring their satisfaction.
– Collaborating with the cleaning teams to ensure properties are ready for guest arrivals and maintained to high standards.
– Working with the maintenance teams to address any property-related issues promptly. Souring and commissioning contractors to outstanding maintenance tasks.
– Using software such as channel manager to manage reservations and ensure accurate information.
– Assisting in executing marketing campaigns, both online and offline, to promote our short-term rental properties.
– Collaborating with the directors to create compelling content for various platforms, including social media(LinkedIn, Facebook and Instagram), email newsletters, and website updates.
– Monitoring and analysing marketing campaign performance metrics, providing reports and insights to the team.
– Conducting market research and competitor analysis to identify new opportunities and industry trends.
– Experience using social media accounts for advertising
Requirements:
– At least 1-year experience managing short-term rental properties.
– Excellent spoken and written English is essential as the role involves communicating with guests.
– Great organisational skills to manage multiple tasks and prioritise effectively.
– Excellent internet connection and a backup internet source in case of power outages.
– Proficiency in using computers and different software applications.
– Knowledge of platforms such as Airbnb/ and experience with channel managers is preferred.
