Job Overview:
We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Airbnb Hospitality Manager to join our team and oversee the operations of our Airbnb rentals. The Airbnb Hospitality Manager will ensure that our properties are maintained to the highest standards and that our guests receive exceptional service. This role involves managing day-to-day operations, coordinating with cleaning and maintenance staff, addressing guest inquiries and complaints, and ensuring a seamless and enjoyable experience for all guests.
Job Responsibilities:
Guest Relations:
Serve as the primary point of contact for guests from booking to check-out.
Respond promptly to guest inquiries and resolve any issues or complaints.
Provide personalized recommendations and assistance to enhance the guest experience.
Conduct guest check-ins and check-outs, ensuring a smooth process.
Property Management:
Oversee the maintenance and cleanliness of all Airbnb properties.
Coordinate with cleaning staff to ensure timely and thorough turnovers.
Arrange for repairs and maintenance as needed to keep properties in top condition.
Conduct regular inspections to ensure properties meet company standards.
Operational Management:
Manage booking calendars and optimize occupancy rates.
Implement and maintain standard operating procedures for property management.
Ensure compliance with local regulations and Airbnb policies.
Monitor and manage inventory of supplies and amenities for each property.
Financial Management:
Oversee the budget for property maintenance and guest services.
Track expenses and manage vendor relationships.
Provide financial reports and insights to the management team.
Marketing and Guest Acquisition:
Develop and implement strategies to attract and retain guests.
Manage online listings and ensure they are accurate and appealing.
Monitor and respond to guest reviews to maintain a high rating and positive reputation.
Team Management:
Supervise and train cleaning and maintenance staff.
Coordinate schedules and tasks to ensure efficient operations.
Foster a positive and collaborative team environment.
Job Requirements:
Proven experience in hospitality management, preferably in short-term rentals or Airbnb.
Strong customer service and communication skills.
Excellent organizational and time management abilities.
Proficiency in property management software and online booking platforms.
Knowledge of local regulations and Airbnb policies.
Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
