Airbnb Management and Real Estate Acquisition Specialist (start Part-Time and transition to Full-Time)
Job Description:
We are seeking a proactive and positive Airbnb Management and Real Estate Acquisition Specialist with the potential to transition into a full-time role. This position will initially focus on Airbnb management and remote job applications, with an evolving emphasis on real estate acquisition for mid-term rentals and land flipping administration as the role progresses. We seek a strategic partner and critical thinker who can contribute beyond task execution.

Responsibilities:
Airbnb Management:
Handle guest communication promptly and professionally for short-term rental properties.
Coordinate with cleaning staff and maintenance personnel for property upkeep.
Ensure timely restocking of inventory and amenities for rental properties.
Source and manage vendors as needed for property maintenance and improvements.
Remote Job Applications:
Assist in applying for remote positions for roles such as Scrum Master, Project Manager, and Program Manager.
Tailor resumes and cover letters, assist in video-resume editing, and submit applications.
Maintain a spreadsheet to track application statuses and follow-ups.
Real Estate Acquisition (Progressive Responsibility):
Assist in conducting market research for mid-term rental opportunities and land acquisition.
Assist in analyzing markets, pricing counties, and creating Excel spreadsheets to submit to mailers.
Generate leads related to real estate and land investment opportunities.
Manage administrative tasks related to mid-term rentals and land flipping as the role evolves.
Help with administrative tasks and provide personal assistance as required.
Day in the Life:
Start the day with a brief check-in to discuss priorities and any updates.
Proceed with assigned tasks, prioritizing based on deadlines and importance.
Regular communication throughout the day for updates and clarification.
End the day with a summary of completed tasks and any outstanding items.
Requirements:
Prior experience in Airbnb management or hospitality.
Interest in real estate investing and real estate acquisition.
Prior experience as a virtual assistant or in a similar role.
Excellent writing skills (clear, correct, and concise).
Proficiency in Microsoft Office ( particularly Excel)
Proactive problem solver able to work independently.
Schedule: This role will start part-time and evolve into full-time. As the role evolves, a graveyard shift may be required.
