Job Description

We are seeking a talented Virtual Assistant to join our team and support our CEO in managing our short-term rental business, including Airbnb operations. As a Virtual Assistant, you will play a critical role in improving existing processes, implementing new strategies, and ensuring our business runs smoothly, allowing our CEO to focus on sales and growth.

Responsibilities:

Assist the CEO in managing day-to-day operations of the short-term rental business.
Handle customer inquiries and provide excellent customer service to ensure guest satisfaction.
Optimize Airbnb listings, including writing engaging descriptions and updating pricing and availability.
Coordinate reservations, check-ins, and check-outs to ensure seamless guest experiences.
Oversee property maintenance and cleaning schedules, ensuring properties are in top condition.
Monitor and respond to guest reviews and feedback, addressing any concerns promptly.
Conduct market research to identify new opportunities and stay up-to-date with industry trends.
Collaborate with the CEO to develop and implement efficient processes and strategies to drive profitability.
Generate reports and analyze data to track key performance indicators (KPIs).
Requirements:

Proven experience as a virtual assistant, preferably with experience in short-term rentals and Airbnb operations.
Familiarity with Airbnb policies and best practices, with experience as an Airbnb Case Manager being a plus.
Strong customer service skills and the ability to handle guest inquiries and issues professionally and efficiently.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a remote team environment.
High level of organization and attention to detail to manage multiple tasks and deadlines.
Proficiency in using technology and software tools commonly used in the short-term rental industry.
Demonstrated problem-solving abilities and a proactive mindset to address challenges and find solutions.
