We are looking for a dedicated and detail-oriented Airbnb Operations Assistant to join our team and help streamline our operations.

Job Summary:
The Airbnb Operations Assistant will play a crucial role in managing the day-to-day operations of our Airbnb properties. This role involves ensuring smooth guest experiences, coordinating with various service providers, and handling administrative tasks. The ideal candidate is organized, proactive, and has excellent communication skills.

Key Responsibilities:

– Guest Communication: Respond promptly to guest inquiries and messages via Airbnb and other platforms, providing accurate information and exceptional customer service.

– Booking Management: Handle reservations, cancellations, and alterations. Ensure all booking information is accurately recorded and communicated.

– Check-In/Check-Out Coordination: Assist in arranging seamless check-in and check-out processes, including providing guests with necessary information and instructions.

– Maintenance Coordination: Schedule and oversee regular maintenance, cleaning services, and repairs. Liaise with service providers to ensure properties are well-maintained and issues are promptly addressed.

– Property Listings: Create and update property listings with accurate descriptions, photos, and availability. Ensure listings are optimized for maximum visibility and bookings.

– Guest Reviews and Feedback: Monitor and respond to guest reviews and feedback. Address any issues or concerns raised by guests and take necessary actions to improve guest satisfaction.

– Administrative Tasks: Perform various administrative duties, including data entry, record-keeping, and report generation. Maintain organized and up-to-date records of all property-related activities.

– Market Research: Stay informed about market trends and competitor offerings to provide suggestions for improving property performance and guest experience.

– Compliance: Ensure all properties comply with local regulations and Airbnb policies. Stay updated on any changes in regulations and adapt accordingly.
Qualifications:

– Proven experience in customer service, hospitality, or a related field.
– Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
– Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
– Proficiency in using Airbnb platform and other property management software.
– Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
– Flexibility to handle occasional weekend and evening work, as required.
– Knowledge of local regulations and market trends is a plus.
