Little Piggy Rentals is a dynamic and ethical short-term rental property management company with a strong commitment to vegan values, sustainability, and ethical business practices. Our mission is to provide exceptional accommodation services while making a positive impact on the animal rights movement and contributing to larger vegan projects. As the managing director and sole employee of the company, we are seeking a Virtual Assistant to join our team and help us grow and achieve our goals.

Position Overview:

We are looking for a motivated and skilled Virtual Assistant (VA) to support the day-to-day operations and growth of Little Piggy Rentals. The VA will play a vital role in ensuring our short-term rental properties are managed seamlessly, our communication is efficient, and our business continues to thrive. This role is perfect for someone who shares our vegan values and is passionate about ethical business practices.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Communication Management: Serve as the primary point of contact for communication, including messaging landlords, scheduling phone calls and viewings, and ensuring excellent guest experiences.
2. Administrative Support: Handle tasks such as uploading SAE session recordings, managing invoices, and logging transactions using LPR£.
3. Content Creation: Generate compelling social media and blog content, schedule posts, and maintain our online presence.
4. Market Research: Conduct research and analysis to optimize pricing strategies and identify potential leads and properties.
5. Booking Management: Find alternative accommodation options for bookings we cannot accommodate.
6. Vendor Coordination: Liaise with cleaning and contractor teams to schedule property servicing as needed.
7. Business Development: Reach out to companies to promote our accommodation services to their staff.
8. Logistics and Ordering: Place orders for items to be delivered to various locations using a company payment card.

Qualifications and Skills:

1. Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
2. Proficiency in communication tools (WhatsApp, Slack, email).
3. Proficiency in scheduling tools (Google Calendar).
4. Experience with video conferencing tools (Zoom).
5. Social media management and content creation abilities.
6. Strong research and data analysis skills.
7. Proficiency in administrative tasks (invoicing, transaction logging).
8. Familiarity with AI tools and quick adaptability to new technologies.

Salary starting at $450 with pay rise possible after 3 month probation period
