My vacation rental consulting company is looking to hire a VA that has specialized experience in Airbnb pricing and ranking optimization. We are looking for someone who has worked for Airbnb in the past and understands it’s algorithm and how to rank higher in Airbnb. This is a requirement for the job.

Your job will be to adjust pricing changes in tools like Pricelabs, Beyond Pricing, Wheelhouse and other platforms for Airbnb listings.

If you do not have experience with these tools, that’s okay but you need to know have a working knowledge of pricing strategies for short term rentals.

If you do not have work experience at Airbnb please do not apply. Also, please do not apply if you were only in claims or customer support at Airbnb. I really want someone who understands their algorithm and can help implement strategies to boost rankings and booking from Airbnb.

There is always a potential to earn bonuses and commission on top of salary!

Position Overview

Your role will be to help us work the operations side of our business. This includes but is not limited to adjusting and maintaining listing pricing and discounts, listing descriptions edits and changes, social media content creation, guide book creation and updates, and income and expense tracking of all properties. Don’t worry, we don’t expect much knowledge or previous specific experience in each of these just a willingness to learn and communicate when you don’t understand something. We will give you a clear set of instructions and tools so that you can be successful in your role.
This role includes the following tools that will help you be successful so previous knowledge or experience with them is a plus:
– Airbnb (You MUST have experience in to apply for this position)
– Google Sheets
– Google Maps
– Canva
– Social Media Content Creation
– ChatGPT
– PriceLabs

We will provide you with instructions and video trainings for each task you are to accomplish. We do not expect you to work during our time zone EST, however, we expect you to complete the instructed required tasks each week and communicate when you don’t understand something or something is unclear.

Integrity. You are a good fit if you can be honest with your fellow team members. Open communication and honesty are paramount to myself and the team. If you aren’t able to hit a deadline or made a mistake, be upfront about it, we are all human after all.

Commitment. We are looking for someone who is looking for a long-term relationship with the expectations of potential growth in the company. We are currently a small team so there are potential opportunities for other roles in the future as we grow. If you are just looking for a few months of work, this is not for you.

Desire to learn. We are a small team and want people who are open to learning new skills and taking on projects. If you are not comfortable learning something new or asking for help then this is not the job for you.
